Frequently asked questions.

Working with me on a retainer enables you to budget your outsourcing more efficiently.
The block of hours you choose will be dedicated to your business throughout the month.
-
For clients with ongoing retainers, you will either be invoiced on the first day of work for the month ahead or 50/50 at the start and end of the month (depending on what we have discussed) — I will also notify you when I have reached 75% of our agreed time.
Custom packages will also have the option to pay upfront or split 50/50 at the start and end of the project.
-
Please feel free to email me or chat on a free discovery call. I emphasise that there is ZERO pressure to agree on anything during our discussion!
Our call is the perfect opportunity for you to get your answers and for me to figure out how I can best support your business needs.

Don’t worry! Additional hours can be purchased (subject to capacity) at any time during the month. Just contact me and we can find a solution.
-
We require at 48-hour notice for new tasks. If we have the capacity we will squeeze it in, but if it needs to be rushed we will charge a rush fee.
-
We’re keeping it simple. Hours reset on the 1st of every month
-
No, hours do not rollover to the next month. We plan for every client’s hours each month in order to plan our capacity to support each of our clients for the time they have booked.
If will keep you updated on the hours used each month, and I will remind you to add more tasks to the list if I’m out of jobs.
